Pricing and licensing
Licensing follows three quantities: how many technicians work, how many of them may be connected at the same time, and how many machines should be permanently reachable. Everything else follows from those.

All prices are in euro, and the amount shown is the amount charged. Nothing is added at checkout.
German VAT is included where it applies. Outside the EU no German VAT is levied and the total stays the same — you always pay what the card says.
The three cloud plans
Cloud Starter — €25 per month. A single licence: one technician, one concurrent session, ten unattended agents. For getting started with a manageable number of machines.
Cloud Team — €40 per month. Three technicians and 10 unattended agents included, three concurrent sessions per technician. Each additional technician is €1.50, each additional agent €0.65 per month. Includes patch management.
Cloud Business — €52 per month. Six technicians and 50 agents included, six concurrent sessions per technician. Each additional technician is €1.50, each additional agent €0.65 per month. Adds scripts.
Cloud Custom. For large environments we scope a package that fits — from capacity to rollout.
What the three numbers mean
Technicians are the people with an account. Each additional technician costs the plan's monthly price.
Concurrent sessions limit how many remote connections may be open at the same time — not how many machines you look after. A technician working through thirty computers one after another needs one session.
Unattended agents are the machines with an agent permanently installed and reachable at any time. They count whether or not anyone is connected.
Feature set by plan
The plans differ in more than numbers. Remote access is in all of them; patching and scripts are not:
- Starter: remote access, file transfer, permissions
- Team: adds patch management for Windows, Exchange and third-party software
- Business: adds scripts in PowerShell and zsh
- On-premises: full feature set, limits by agreement — more about that
Payment, changing plan, cancelling
Payment is by credit card or PayPal. Technicians and agents can be increased at any time, and moving between plans does not require reinstalling anything.
For on-premises there are deliberately no fixed packages: architecture, database, certificates and rollout are planned together, and the licence follows from that.

Are prices net or gross?
The amount shown is the amount charged. German VAT is included where it applies; outside the EU no German VAT is levied and the total is unchanged.
What does an additional agent cost?
€0.65 per month on Cloud Team and Cloud Business alike, beyond 10 included on Team and 50 on Business. Cloud Starter is fixed at ten agents.
Do I need a licence for every machine?
For permanently reachable machines, yes — those are the unattended agents. A one-off attended session on someone else's computer does not count against it.
Can I add patch management on its own?
It is included from Cloud Team. Moving from Starter to Team is possible at any time and leaves installed agents untouched.
