WollConnect Cloud

Cloud remote support without running a server

We run the platform, the relay and the updates. You install the agent on the machines you look after and get to work — no server, no certificate handling, no maintenance window for the remote support tool itself.

Three plans with clear limits

What separates the plans is three numbers and the feature set. Cloud Starter is a single licence: one technician, one concurrent session, ten unattended agents. Cloud Team comes with three technicians and 10 agents, three concurrent sessions per technician; beyond that you pay per technician and per agent. Cloud Business starts at six technicians and six sessions each.

The feature set grows with it: patch management from Cloud Team, scripts from Cloud Business. If none of them fits, we scope one — the numbers in detail.

What a concurrent session actually means

The number limits how many remote sessions may be open at the same time — not how many machines you look after. A technician working through thirty computers one after another needs one session. Three technicians working in parallel need three.

Unattended agents are the second number: machines with an agent permanently installed and reachable at any time. They count whether or not anyone is currently connected.

What we take care of

The servers, the relay, the certificates and the platform updates. New versions of the agent and the control centre are published without you building a package.

What stays with you is the agent on your customers' machines — and we prepare that per customer as a ready-made installer.

Control Center download page in the WollConnect portal offering one package each for Windows x64 and macOS Apple Silicon, including the bundled viewer version.
The Control Center comes from the portal and keeps the viewer up to date by itself.

Changing plan, or leaving

Payment is by credit card or PayPal. Technicians and agents can be increased at any time, and moving between plans does not require reinstalling anything.

If you later decide to run everything yourself, that is not a migration: the same software runs in your own data centre.

Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between Cloud Team and Cloud Business?

Cloud Team allows three concurrent sessions per technician and includes patch management. Cloud Business allows six, adds scripts, and includes 50 agents instead of 10.

Can I add technicians later?

Yes, at any time. Cloud Starter is a single licence and does not scale, but moving to Cloud Team is possible.

What happens to my machines if I change plan?

Nothing. Agents stay installed and connected; only the limits and the feature set change.
