WollConnect On-Prem
On-premises remote support in your own data centre
Some environments cannot send remote support traffic through anyone else's servers — public sector, critical infrastructure, manufacturing with strict network separation. For those, WollConnect runs entirely on your side.

Everything inside your network
Server, relay, database and certificates live with you. There is no back channel to us carrying session data. Agents connect to your server, technicians connect to your server — traffic leaves your network only if you deliberately arrange it.
For the database you can use MySQL, PostgreSQL or Microsoft SQL Server. Which one is your choice, and it should follow what you already operate: adding a database engine purely for remote support is rarely a good trade.
Why there are no fixed on-premises packages
A catalogue product would hide more than it explains here. The questions that drive the effort differ at every site: how is the network segmented, where do certificates come from, is there already a directory for sign-in, how many locations, how many machines, which maintenance windows?
So we scope architecture, licence and rollout together, and you get a quote that matches your environment instead of one you have to bend yourself into.
What is included
The on-premises edition has the same feature set as the cloud, including patch management and scripts. The cloud plan limits do not apply here; scope is agreed in the licence.
- Unattended agent for Windows and macOS
- Your own relay — still no inbound firewall rules on managed machines
- End-to-end encryption between viewer and agent — details
- Roles, customer assignment and audit trail
- Installers prepared per customer
Operations and updates
We ship updates as packages; you install them, in your maintenance window. Server, control centre and agent are separate packages, so a server update does not force you to touch every agent at the same time.
Frequently asked questions
Which database is required?
MySQL, PostgreSQL or Microsoft SQL Server — whichever you already operate.
Does any data leave our network?
No. Server and relay run on your side; agents and technicians connect to your server.
What does on-premises cost?
It depends on the environment and the agreed scope. There are deliberately no fixed packages — we work it out together.
